Family Home Care provides a medical plan through Freedom Health Group which provides covered primary care without co-pays, in-office procedures, and discounted labs and x-rays with PAML and Inland Imaging.  

Family Home Care provides excellent dental and orthodontia coverage for our employees.  Employees can also put dependents on our plan for discounted rates.

Family Home Care provides VSP vision coverage for our employees.  This includes coverage for frames, hardware, extras, and exams.
